Northbrook Technology changes name to Allstate Northern Ireland
Northbrook Technology announced in May 2008 that in anticipation of its forthcoming 10th Anniversary in October 2008, the company will undergo a name change to fall under the umbrella of its parent company brand of Allstate. It is not every day that a Fortune 100 Company stamps its brand on a local company and it will now be known as Allstate Northern Ireland.
A new website is currently being developed and a link will be added to this site in the near future.
NTNI is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Allstate Corporation, the largest publicly owned Property and Casualty Insurance Company in the US. Allstate has almost 55,000 employees and 13,000 independent insurance agents operating in the US.
NTNI currently employ 1500 people across Northern Ireland, of which over 300 are at our Business Processing Centre in Strabane.
At our Strabane site we offer a variety of job roles supporting various areas of Allstate’s 24/7, 365 days a year.
In the Allstate Technical Support Centre, analysts take calls from Allstate employees and agents to assist them with problems they have using their computer systems. This work requires a cheerful character and good telephone manner. Employees use a large library of online information to help find the fault and ensure the caller can get back to work. NTNI's employees provide first class customer service to Allstate every day.
In the Accounting and Document Services area, employees receive computer images of cheques and other financial documents and key the information into Allstate computer systems. This work requires a high degree of..
